Providence Place Mall Challenges

The Providence Place Mall has gone into Receivership. I was interviewed by two regional media outlets (Channel 10 and 12) about the future of the location. It's going to depend a great deal on the highest and best use of the real estate. I'm not a real estate developer but this site is going to be tricky. The best scenario might be a complete reboot of the site with a set of new national retailers willing to come in. That's going to be a challenge given the competitive retail locations 10 miles down the road (so to speak).
